Book Fair Ideas
After doing some research I can see that I am favoring animal mask and masks that look a bit evil/dark. I think I will explore with some drawings of evil animals and see where they take me.
START OF YEAR 3....Manchester Book Fair
Manchester Book Fair deadline date is on the 22nd October. I have dont book fairs before but we were always given a theme and a brief to follow. This year we are allowed to come up with our own brief meaning I could create one big book or a few book.

The are the 3 Briefs I have chosen, I have already started the manchester book fair but this is the Briefs written up, I am waiting to pick my four brief as I would like to pick a YCN brief but the new ones have not been released yet.

Summer so far
This summer has been long.....and short.
When breaking up for the holidays I hadnt found myself a work placement but no fret, I decided I would crack on with the summer brief given to us and find my own briefs to do.
This hasnt happened....yet
however I was lucky enough to know someone who works for Cancer Research design department and after getting in contact with her she sent me a brief to design a leaflet to be used inside the shops.
I was so happy I got this opportunity and created 4 leaflets for them to choose from.
After doing this another member of their design team got in contact and I was asked to create another leaflet.
From this I have been in contact again and I am hoping to set up a work experience with them. However I am finding it difficult to plan a we have not got much time left of summer and I am going away for 2 weeks very soon.
Another thing I have have been asked to do this summer is design work for a friend who is making an app....unfortunately this is all I can say as she is having a contract made and I have been asked not to talk about it in detail.
