Card ideas

I am planning on designing a lot more card ideas.
However i have decided on the "P&Q" label. I need to decide on the colours and the pattern around the Logo. I think i need to design a lot more than 3!

logo's???????

I really like a few of my label designs and not just one, however i have decided that i dont need to have just one. For my place matts I am going to have different ones to match the background. They will all have the same theme running threw them. I am then going to decide on one main logo that can go on the Event Flyers that I am planning on making. I am also going to change my quiz cards as the idea that i have made already doesnt fit in with the "P's & Q's" theme.

P's and Q's

Here i have come up with some design for a label for my product. It will also be where the plate is meant to go on the place matts

This design is similar to the one that i have used in the place matt. I do like this design as i like how the letter are randomly placed. However to others this may just look like a mess.
Here i used a lower case "q" and curved it round for the mouth. I think this design looks scary for children but this may just be because of the colours i have used.
Here i have used the "and" as the mouth. I like this design and i think its is cute and appealing for children
I like this design, I was aiming for it to look like a smiley face.
This was the 1st label I made and I think this looks far too much like the "pepsi" drink sign so I moved away from putting the "p" above the "q"

place matts

Her i have designed some place matts.....i went back to the Wrap it up brief and remember the P's and Q's pocket napkin i did. I based the type on that. I decided that the lettering had to go in a circle so it represents where the childs plate should go.
i have made two place matts, i think the 1st one is more suited to a girl and the second to a boy.

place matts

The designs that I have used for wrap it up is how i like to draw and i like the design. However i think it doesnt really show good manners or give off the right vibe that i am trying to produce. I want people to think that manners are awesome a colourful and something that people want to learn. My design of the boy asking what the word please means will attract the wrong sort of people. I have decided that children are the target audience that i need to attract, along with parents this is why i can not use the ugly looking boy as part of my design.
I came up with the idea of writing down helpful tips on to children's place mats. This is a way that will keep reminding them of simple tables manners at the most appropriate time, when they eat.
Here is the 1st design that I have come up with for place mats, you can see where your plate, knife and fork would go. Then scattered around the place mat is little reminders of simple tables manners and what else you should be doing around the table.

Above is my second design for a place matt. the big white circle is where the child's plate would go, and around it are little reminders and points to help them be polite and learn manners
