Concept Statement

The Brief-
M&S Plan A

What is the Problem?
  1. New identity
  2. customers want to be involved
  3. how to inform customers about Plan A
  4. Other competing supermarkets
  5. Trying to get people to shop at M&S because of plan A
  6. Keeping customers loyal
We intend to promote Plan A through a veriety of different media and then persuade people to join in with Plan A.
We are trying to get A group of M&S customers (mums, house wife's) to join in with M&S who are successfully completing and introducing more ways for customers to get involved.
In oder to achieve this I will produce:
  • A new identity and logo
  • an ident for day time tv
  • in store promotion
  • reusable bags with informations about plan A on
  • Posters
  • Pledges
  • Packaging
This will be produced using:
  • after effects
  • lotho printing
  • digital printing
  • screen printing
