What marks and spencers want people to do

Marks and Spencers have created a series of pledges that you can take to make your life more sustainable.

CLIMATE CHANGE- turn it off
leaving equiment on stand by waste electricity
Thinking about making reminders that you can stick on to plag sockets or tv remotes and other equipment so that you have a visual reminder to turn things of and will help you save your money and electricity.

WASTE - Love food hate waste-on average, a third of all the food we buy ends up going in to the bin.
Thinking about changing the labels or packaging to give you ideas with what to do with wasted food, birds, dog, compost.

SUSTAINABLE RAW MATERIALS- Use less water- choose free range eggs

There is so much that can be done for this brief and we need to narrow it down and decide which part of Plan A we want to concentrate on.
We need to decide on the audience and the customers that we want to attract, who already shops there regularly and what people are doing for plan A already. What are we trying to get the customers to join, and do, it would be difficult for them to do everything. How can we make it easier for people to get involved. How people who don't shop at M&S can join in as well. What are other competing super markets doing that M&S aren't.
What are the outcomes of plan A...now and what Marks and Spencer's want to achieve in years to come.
